Custom and Personalized Items
Due to the handmade and personalized nature of our products, custom orders cannot be returned or exchanged unless:
- The item arrives damaged during shipping
- There is a printing or production error on our part
- The item significantly differs from the approved proof
Please review your proofs carefully before approval, as orders are produced exactly as approved.
Ready-Made Products
For non-personalized, ready-made card sets and products:
- Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery
- Items must be unused and in original packaging
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
- Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days of receiving the return
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or with defects:
- Contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order
- Provide photographs of the damage or defect
- We will replace the item at no additional cost
- Original damaged items may need to be returned
Order Cancellations
Order cancellation policies:
- Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement for a full refund
- Once production has begun, cancellations may incur material costs
- Custom embossing die orders cannot be cancelled once dies are created
- Rush orders may have different cancellation terms
Refund Process
When a refund is approved:
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method
- Processing time is 5-7 business days
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless we made an error
- You will receive email confirmation when refund is processed
Exchanges
For ready-made products, we offer exchanges for:
- Different color variations of the same product
- Different products of equal or greater value
- Exchanges must be requested within 14 days of delivery
